Adam Scheinberg

Adam Scheinberg LgeDr Adam Scheinberg is a paediatric rehabilitation specialist, state-wide medical director of the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service and Head of Department for Paediatric Rehabilitation at The Royal Children’s Hospital.  Adam’s clinical interests include paediatric and young adult rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, brain injury and concussion, reconditioning after illness or injury and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Adam trained in Sydney at the Children’s Hospital Westmead before relocating to Victoria and has over 15 years of experience in paediatric and young adult rehabilitation.

As well as joining the Very Special Kids Board in 2018, Adam serves on the Clinical Risk and Governance Committee and the Hospice Rebuild Committee. Additionally, Adam is involved in spinal cord injury research, he is a chief investigator on the Mason Foundation Grant for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and is an active clinical researcher.
