Peninsula region – Keeping Strong Workshop
NOTE – this is a private event for families supported by Very Special Kids.
Aromatherapy for finding calm – this is an opportunity to try some new and wonderful ways to manage stress and make each day calmer.

The session will be facilitated by Liz White and will offer an introduction to the use of aromatherapy blends to induce a calm and centred wellness. The session will be followed by coffee at a local café.
We are very grateful to have the Keeping Strong Workshops funded by the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
Note – Childcare is not available due to COVID-19 restrictions on space and staffing.
