Peninsula region – Keeping Strong Workshop

NOTE – this is a private event for families supported by Very Special Kids.

Meditative Sound Bath – no water, just ‘bathing’ in sound. An opportunity to try some new and wonderful ways to manage stress and make each day calmer.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating way to nourish your mind, body and spirit – allowing pure sound vibrations to wash over you.
We are very grateful to have the Keeping Strong Workshops funded by the Mornington Peninsula Shire.

Note – Childcare is not available due to COVID-19 restrictions on space and staffing.

Only ten places available at the workshop (11am to 12pm), followed by coffee and cake at a local café.
