Lord Somers Camp

Lord Somers Camp is an opportunity to spend a weekend of relaxation and enjoyment for families supported by Very Special Kids.

Since 1989, Lord Somers Camp and Power House, a volunteer led community organisation with a focus on young people, leadership and active participation has provided weekend camps for Very Special Kids families, held at Somers, on the Mornington Peninsula. Camp is an opportunity to spend a weekend of relaxation and enjoyment for you and your family, whether it is meeting other families, participating in a range of different fun activities, a quiet walk along the beach or a massage.

Very Special Kids family camp can cater for up to 20 families at one time. We do endeavour to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend however places are limited. Families interested in attending the camp are asked to complete the expression of interest form below. Subsequently you will be advised if you have been allocated a place and the application papers sent out to you, or your family will be put on a waiting list.
