Creatively Remembering – Port Fairy

NOTE – this is a private event for families supported by Very Special Kids.

Bereaved parents in the Western District are invited to attend regular scrapbooking sessions facilitated by family support practitioner, Catherine.

Creatively Remembering is a five session scrapbooking activity held in Port Fairy. It offers a safe and informal space for parents and carers to spend time with others in a similar situation. Scrapbooking is a unique way to preserve and enhance your valuable keepsakes, whether they are photos or memorabilia. Please bring your special photos and we will provide the tools and materials to create your pages.

These sessions will be facilitated by family support practitioner, Catherine Haldane and will incorporate program guidance from the Very Special Kids and Red Nose ‘Creative Memories’ program, ‘What’s Your Grief’s Scrapbooking Challenge’ and ‘Good Grief: A Scrapbooking Journey Through Loss & Healing’.

All sessions are free and a light morning tea will be provided.

Creatively Remembering is a five session program that will be held on a Monday, 10am to 2.30pm. Future dates for 2023 are:
