Metricon have partnered with Stockland to build a ‘Very Special’ Delta in Highlands Cragieburn with all net proceeds from the sale to be donated to Very Special Kids.

We have constructed this sophisticated Delta, in a fantastic position within the highly coveted Highlands Estate, Craigieburn. This stunning home is ready and waiting for the fortunate buyer to move in and enjoy, with the added bonus of knowing that the proceeds of the sale went to a marvellous cause.

e’ is the fifth Metricon has built for Very Special Kids, with the proceeds from the sale of this home set to see our donations to Very Special Kids top the magical half a million dollar mark.

The brand new home will be sold as a fully completed house and land package via auction on Saturday 16 June.
